I’m Joey Bridges, a multidisciplinary creative working across branding, graphic design, photography, videography, and web design. I like ideas in motion. I like seeing what happens when things get pushed, rearranged, and tested instead of overplanned. My background in coding and UX design helps keep things grounded, but the goal is always to make work that feels alive, not locked in.
I started in the Coding and Web Development program at the University of Arizona, where I learned how digital experiences actually function. That foundation pulled me deeper into visual design, using the Adobe Creative Suite to blend structure with personality and make work that feels intentional without feeling stiff.
After graduating, I worked remotely as a Graphic Designer for Vokal, a media company based in Dallas, Texas. That led me to downtown Tucson, where I became Senior Graphic Designer at the Historic Hotel Congress, supporting concerts, restaurants, bars, and large-scale events in a fast-moving environment where adaptability mattered as much as skill. In 2024, I also served as the lead graphic designer for the Agave Heritage Festival.
Over the years, I’ve collaborated with a wide range of Tucson-based businesses including Corbett’s, Leo and Lo, Once Wild Salon, Playground, the HUB, and others. The work has ranged from branding systems and logos to menus, flyers, photography, video, and high-functioning Squarespace websites, often evolving as ideas grow and change.
I’m proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable jumping into projects at any stage. Early concept, rough direction, last-minute pivots, or fully formed plans all work for me. I enjoy the process as much as the final result.
I’m open to ideas, wild concepts, half-baked thoughts, and everything in between. Nothing is off-limits. Some of the best work starts with “what if” and gets better once things loosen up. If you want to experiment, explore, and make something memorable, I’m in.
